Over 2,100 companies worldwide have purchased Data Domain’s market-leading deduplication storage systems. The company has more than doubled its customer count in the last year.
Data Domain launched four new products to market in the first half of the year, extending its target market to include the largest of enterprises with the new high-performance DD690 system, while addressing the data protection needs of remote offices with its cost-effective DD120 appliance. The company has continued to differentiate its products with additional nearline storage capabilities and expanded replication support.
